- !The subnet works only in the assigned data center
- !Moving the block to another DC is not supported
- !One subnet cannot span multiple locations or server fleets
- !ROA/RPKI is managed by the IP provider

How to order
Open a ticket or panel order
Pick /24 or /22, or request ASN registration. Tell us your use case and preferred DC if you have one.
KYC & allocation
For ASN — company docs or owner ID. For subnets — we confirm availability and assign the block in the provider DC.
NS & rDNS handover
Nameservers are set; you configure PTR records yourself. For BGP — coordinate ASN and upstream with our network team.
Go live on your servers
Use the block on machines in the same data center. Announce via your ASN or ours per the rules below.

We lease provider-owned space by prefix. You get usable addresses, NS for reverse DNS, and a path to BGP — all tied to one data center.

What we don't sell
To set expectations upfront — some things are intentionally out of scope.

- •No LoA for subnet portability elsewhere

No. LoA is not required for this product and we don't issue it.
Yes. The provider must act as your upstream for the announcement.
Yes — but only when using servers in the provider's data center.
The IP provider manages ROA/RPKI for the leased space.
No. The block is valid only in the provider's data center where it is assigned.
No. Multi-location or cross-DC use of the same lease is not supported.
The provider sets nameservers for the block. After that you manage rDNS/PTR records yourself through those nameservers.
No standalone BGP product. To announce routes you use the provider as upstream — included in the subnet offering, not sold separately.

Yes.
No. Transit and peering must be arranged separately with carriers or IXPs.
The ASN is registered to you and you are authorized in the relevant RIR. ROA/RPKI for leased IPs remains with the IP provider.
An RIR may request extra KYC, wet-ink documents, or other proof. If you provide what they ask for, the ASN should not be suspended or removed solely because of abuse volume — but RIR policy always applies.
